Praxis: paintingforfuckssake explores the act of painting as not just a process but a meditation—a blessing and a curse tied to the pursuit of synthesizing meaning from absurdity. In the spirit of Sisyphus, who finds profound meaning in his eternal task, this exhibition contemplates the absurd nature of life and the significance of repetitive, creative acts as a response to that absurdity. As Albert Camus said in his 1942 philosophical work, The Myth of Sisyphus, "The struggle itself towards the heights is enough to fill a man's heart. One must imagine Sisyphus happy."
